NO. Don't advice your PSA to slow down. In fact its better for you to motivate your PSA to become a team leader as quickly as possible. Because the higher your PSA rank, the more your success. What you just need to do is to teach your PSA to focus on recruiting as much affiliates as he can. And also teach him how to become a good sponsor too.
