But we should be realistic here, with the numbers of PSA (we acquire from the executive pool share) that means a lot of working hours not to mention the PSA you got in your co-op (if you subscribe of a certain group). You could just imagine making individual welcome letter for 20 to 50 individuals.
And besides it’s not practical even if you have all the time in the world. You can make individual welcome letter or any inspiring message for that matter to the PSA’s that you’ve personally known. To those PSA that you really invited personally, individual personalized welcome letters can be worthwhile.
Instead reserve your letter for the workers, to remind, inspiring, or even complementing them for a job well done. These affiliates is worthy of such nice act and your efforts will be worthwhile. Welcome letters will be practical and effective if you can make a template and be sure to have a content that is applicable for all or in general the content must be informative and precise.
