I have read many good answers over the past days.

Everyone is in a different situation so what works for one person does not work for the other.

Myself I prefer to save up as many MRPs as possible and I always use those MRPs to buy extra PSAs. This way I invest in the growth of my team, which in turn enables me to support my team, by having enough PSAs to reassign to my team members who are workers as a reward for their hard work.

I mainly bid in Double MRP auctions for CSAs and/or PSAs or anything that will be useful to grow my team.

However, as I wrote before, everyone is in a different situation and should follow whatever he or she thinks will work best for them.
