I have found that it is simpler to introduce people to one or the other and they will discover the relationship if needed.
For example:
If we introduce someone to SFI, it's normally because we have discovered that they are interested in pursuing their own business. If they join SFI, they will learn about TripleClicks and will discover the SFI/TripleClicks relationship as they do the Launchpad, and read and grow.
If we introduce them to TripleClicks, it's normally because we are discussing a product that we purchased on TripleClicks and are sharing it with them or because we have learned that they like to shop or play games online. If they show an interest in pursuing a business, they can always activate SFI.
During our warm contact conversations, one can tell if a person is interested in pursuing their own business or not or if they are just shoppers. You will then offer an X-Card inviting them to join either SFI or TripleClicks.
I think that we beat ourselves up too often for not always knowing what to do or say and if we keep it simple, we'll be more confident.
