The first thing to keep in mind is not to be too pushy or direct, or your team may very well think that the only reason you want them to establish a standing order is so you can collect the commissions off their purchases.
Of course, it is also important to point out that you need to be honest with them. Let them know that you do, indeed, earn a commission from their monthly standing order purchases, but that that is not the reason for your wanting them to set up standing orders.
As business owners, it is important for them to know and understand that any successful business requires an investment, whether that be time or money, but often, when first starting out, it is both.
Point out the benefits that come with maintaining their EA status. You could also illustrate that by maintaining their EA status with a monthly standing order, they would be freeing up the time that they would normally spend getting 1500 VersaPoints each month. They could then dedicate that time to building their SFI business.
