First of all, you as an upline must show good example to your downline that you order each month.
Secondly let your downline know the benefits involve when you order i.e refer your dowline to compensation plan tell them when they maintain EA each month they get free Tcredits, CSA, when they become a team leader they get more compensation the compensations are itemised in scoreboard page.
You should let your downline know that any time s/he cease to order in any given month, all the benefits s/he has received so far will be withdrawn from him/her.
Maintaining EA each month helps their growth in SFI and also showcase them a good example to their own dowline too.
