This is a very good question that each affiliate that joined SFI should ask to be able to succeed in duplication.

This question is very simple.
Just refer them to compensation plan. There it explains that 45% on commission value of the order made by personally sponsor affiliate(PSA) or personally referred member(PRM) goes to the direct sponsor while 15% on commission value goes to CSA.
The remaining 40% is shared among all the qualified affiliates at the executive pool.
