Finally,the use of E-Cards and personal emails should be used to address the personalised situations. This would ensure that each team member remain in contact with the Team Leader and is made to feel that he/she is a valuable member of the team.
It means that one will have to make the necessary sacrifice of time to ensure that the communication lines stay in tact for all of the above to be a realty. An alternative to the above can be to reassign some of the active downline to several of the more dedicated team members who must be monitored to ensure that all the members remain active.
