First, you must make certain that you understand the "other activities" that can be performed by your Downline Team Members, and accomplish them yourself. Then, you must communicate your understanding to them, illustrating your own success in performing them. Needless to say, this is an important part of "Leading by Example" and it will better help you to persuade and/or "MOTIVATE" your team to move from the "To-Do List" onto the many "Other Activities" needed to help secure the SUCCESS they want to achieve.
