Practice the “being an awesome sponsor” concept. Such leadership role provides the motivation for new PSAs to show commitment. New PSAs need leaders to guide them and you have to lead by example for them to show commitment.
Focus on their training needs to build up their confidence in handling the business. Teach them about duplication etc. Once the confidence is there, new PSAs will build up momentum and they feel committed.
Maintain the communication flow. New PSAs could be asking a flow off questions to clear their doubts. Timely communications is vital to build up their SFI business knowledge and boost their commitment.
Teach them how to set goals, measure performance and take corrective action for deviations. Upon achieving some of the goals they feel they have made some progress and will feel committed.
Reward them for progress for example reassigning PSAs, participating in Co-Ops etc.
Instil in them the fact that SFI is your own business and run it like you own the business.
