Each morning I log into SFI I ask myself 'what can I do extra today' that will encourage my non performing psa's and csa's to take action. And after over a year in SFI I know the answer.
Improve yourself. That's it. Lead by example daily and one day when they log in and check out your Leadership Page, they can see for themselves what they are missing out on.
Commitment is the secret to any success and that's something that comes from the heart. Until an individual makes that decision to stick to something they believe in, there is nothing we can do except wait for them and continue to encourage them weekly through our team mail communications.
Never quit on yourself, keep sponsoring and one day soon your downline leaders will thank you!
