Your team members can only take on leadership roles if they have a team of their own.
Somewhere above you there are 12 people benefiting from YOUR efforts. In this case you are the 12th generation of that specific team.
Now, lets take you as the top of your team. You have a team of 200 people but you only have 1 CSA working and 3 PSA's - you benefit from their efforts. If they do not have teams and they do not take on a leadership role - you are stuck and you will never make more than what you are making right now.
BUT - should your 4 workers each end up with 4 workers of their own, you (1st generation)benefit from your 4 workers efforts (2nd generation's)as well as their 4 workers (3rd generation's) this gives you 16 more workers. you can do the math up to the 12th generation and see how much it will be worth to you.
So it is in your best interest to teach your affiliates to duplicate what you are doing and help them to be an awesome sponsor and teach their affiliates to duplicate what they are doing and so building the team right down to the 12th generation.
Take a big piece of paper and try to draw the connections I just explained like a tree with branches and you will see how huge it gets. Then add a possible money value to it. let's be conservative and say each persons efforts means $1 to you - would that answer your question? I think it will.
