Your team members can only take on leadership roles if they have a team of their own.
Somewhere above you there are 12 people benefiting from YOUR efforts. In this case you are the 12th generation of that specific team.

Now, lets take you as the top of your team. You have a team of 200 people but you only have 1 CSA working and 3 PSA's - you benefit from their efforts. If they do not have teams and they do not take on a leadership role - you are stuck and you will never make more

I would be super excited if any of my team members reached a leadership level and was able to perform the task expected of them.

When a member of yours becomes a team-leader it shows a deeper commitment to SFI and TripleClicks.

This in turn will bring better perks, pay and bonuses for becoming a leader. That should be one of our main goals to train our teammates to become leaders.

The more teammates you have taking on leadership roles

Each and every newly registered member affiliates must be provided in a gradual manner the leadership role because in the very near future they would be team leaders and possess their own team to be nurtured and trained for their consolidation, growth and prosperity. It is entirely the team leader's responsibility not only to provide the team leadership roles at regularly intervals but also to teach and train the newly registered affiliates in the areas of advertising, marketing and selling of SFI/Tripleclicks

SFI success is all about duplication, so it follows that the development of team leaders are essential to creating success on every level.

If you have five Bronze Team Leaders you will earn 150 x 5 = 750 Active VP per month. This will boost up your own leadership status, you will receive 2nd home CSAs, TCredits, and matching versa points from all your EA2s and above down to several levels.

It is very important for you to get your team members to take on leadership role because if they don't do that your business will not grow.

Sure you can make money promoting the products and services of TripleClicks but you can only do so much of this yourself. Why not get others to share the load. They will earn money and you will earn money. Its a win-win situation.

By promoting TripleClicks you show your team members what to do to earn money. While following your teaching

SFI is a real online business that have the potential to generate a lot of money. We all know from the training we receive here in SFI that riches can only come when you leverage on the time and efforts of other people. This fact is true and real in offline and online business.

From the point made above, it becomes very necessary for you to raise people in your SFI downline who will become leaders from day one. You spot them and begin to plan to show them what will make them leaders. Although
