Very simple but very complicated question Natalee.
We all know that our SFI business depends mostly on our team of PSAs. But all members of SFI thinks the same question that how they get their PSAs to commit to SFI. To find the answer of this we all struggle, ask or we ourself opt out from SFI. To make someone to commit for something is very tough but as we all know where there is a problem, there is a solution.
Let me tell you that previously i also opt out from SFI because of this reason that all my PSAs are very inactive and none of them are commited to SFI. But i came back again to SFI with new energy. It is being only 3 weeks for me and i have only 6 PSAs but all my PSAs are very commited to their work and very supportive too. Its not that all were very dedicated from begining but with my previous bad expirence in SFI, i found few very effective ways to make your new PSAs more commited to SFI. I will share you all the ways which can help you to get your PSAs in a commited form.
So, first let me tell you the REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON'T COMMIT TO SFI:
1. Boring Process: A new guy who walk inside SFI after seeing interesting ads. There is only thought in his mind i.e. he can earn extra and also he can enjoy as Facebook or other social media sites. But when he sees that everyday he have to do that same TO-DO tasks, his expectation level hurts and he starts not login properly or opt out.
2. Very Slow Earning Process: Everyone when he/she joins SFI he have his mind set that he can start his part-time extra income within few days only but within few days only he comes to know that it will take very long time for him to earn even a dollar.
3. Bad Sponsor: This is one of the biggest problem due to which new PSAs don't be commited or stop login again.
4. Communication Gap: This is not limited to few people but it is being faced by many of us.
Understand one thing that all humans have different mind sets and all are different from others but one thing you will find common in all of us and that is "WE ALL WANT TO EARN Extra MONEY QUICKLY". and to do this sometimes we forget a very important principle of this program i.e. "DUPLICATION".
You know, pleople want to become successful but very few people have will to work for that.
Now i will share few very effective ways of how you can get new PSAs commit to SFI. So here are my suggestions for you:
1. Interesting process: If a person thinks that SFI is boring than invite them to your Facebook and there you can communicate. You can guide, motivate or can show them the best parts of SFI. Remember, majority of people like to follow others and very few people comes front as a leader. So first you need to become a leader but more than that you need to become a helpful friend to others. Not only for you team but ton anyone who asks for guidance.
First you have to reach as many as people as you can. So that your downline can get motivation from your supporting character and fill thgemselves free to ask you for any guidance.
Post motivational comments for your team and most of all "HAVE THE GRATITUDE IN YOUR ATTITUDE". Always try to apriciate your PSAs and in terms of promotion, don't limit it to yourself but try to promote your PSAs also so that they can have good felling and faith on you. Then only your PSAs will be commited to you and as a result to SFI.
2. Show Ways To Fast Earnings In SFI: Educate your PSAs about how they can earn more in SFI. Try not to limit your PSAs to onlt TO-DO tasks. For doing this, don't be snappy with PSAs or don't force anyone to do what you want. Try to become a Friendly LEADER not a BOSS. Always give SUGGESTIONS not ORDERS.
Remember, your new PSAs will commit to SFI only when they will have faith and confidence on you. So try to become a helping hands for others and become a problem solver for your PSAs.

4. Remove Communication Gap: Try to become simple to your PSAs. Use simple understandable words while replying or chatting with your PSAs. Try to understand "WHAT YOU SAID TO OTHERS IS BEING RECEIVED IN SAME WAY OR TAKEN IN DIFFERENT MEANING".
Natalee! this is not the only problem for a Team leader with his/her new PSAs but with exisisting PSAs also. So try to follow my suggestion and it will improve your team.
