This is very simple that for any good business you need to work as a team and you have to maintain proper team work and coordination among your team members. There should be proper communication and helpfulness in your group. So to boost momentum in your group, you can remember these simple steps:

1. Proper communication: Without proper communication among your team, you will not be able to build a strong SFI business. You should maintain a platform where your whole group communicates with each other and all strategies their plan for the group.

2. Motivation factor: To motivate others, you need to become an idol or an example for your team. Understand, if you are a BTL and your AFFs are not performing well than you can motivate them by giving your example and by sharing your journey from AFF to BTL. As we all know that SFI is duplicating your upline. So to encourage others you need to stand forward as a leader, setting your success story for them.

3. Contest: Many times you can organize a contest for your group. So that they can boost up their work to achieve that goal or prize.

4. Stream post: Share a motivational and informational post in your stream posts so that all others can get inspiration and can tell their down line as you do.

5. Think like a leader: You always think like a leader and always be there to help others in your team. Just remember, No one likes their BOSS but they like their good LEADER and they also follow their leaders not their boss.

I have many team members who are from different cultures and time zones but i am managing them all. I will share the simple way, which i am following to do that and its really very effective.

1. Observe/Navigate time zones: Sometimes it feels impossible to find a meeting time for everyone in a team that’s spread all over the globe. Early on, ask team members to state their local time so everyone understands the time variances early on.

2. make a list of national and religious holidays: Countries and people honor holidays differently. As a team leader you want to make sure you know which holidays are particularly important to individual team members—as well as the observances that are important to specific regions. Be sensitive to unexpected details such as, how a fasting holiday might affect a team member, and which countries might not observe popular Western holidays, like the week between Christmas and New Year’s.

3. Be savvy about the cultural differences among team members: These are more subtle and trickier to manage. Just because your team member in China speaks flawless American English, don’t assume that her cultural values are the same as yours. This bridge might be easier to cross in experienced global companies because, over the years, the corporate culture has become strong enough to put everyone on the same cultural professional page.

As a manager, you can research your team’s cultural backgrounds in fun ways—reading books and website articles, watching movies, talking to people who are willing to share their experiences. Or, if you work with someone in Turkey who loves food, go to a Turkish restaurant in your neighborhood and then talk to him about it. Being sensitive and aware is a good first step.

4. Need to Share a common software platform with all team members: For example, use collaborative team management software that everyone on the team can access on their own time frame, and then track progress and follow comments of team members. Because your team is scattered geographically, cloud-based software makes sense.

Standardize on other basic communication tools as well, like using the same instant message software or chat tool. If shared white-boarding is important, pick a common collaboration app. A shared calendaring application (which can be part of your team management tool or email software) makes scheduling meetings easier.

5. Check in with team members, and have them check in with each other: Unless your team members are the silent types, voice-to-voice communication conveys a lot that electronic cannot. If you’re at U.S. and a team member works alone in a home in Belgium, encourage the remote team member to check in weekly. Or have remote team member check in with each other. 6. Don’t generalize, stereotype or make assumptions—especially about people you've never met and cultures you don’t deeply understand: Be inclusive and seek advice from a friend or colleague who’s familiar with local customs when culture-specific issues emerge. You might discover you have some cultural biases; don’t let them get in the way. And when you’re stumped, ask open-ended questions. You might discover some interesting and helpful insights along the way.

7. Don’t get hung up on work style or approach—unless it affects results: Learn early in the life of your project to make a note of each team member’s communication and work style. Note that some of these differences are influenced by cultural norms.
And then remember: Your team is about outcomes, not winning style points.

Finally, your team exists to achieve common objectives, so focus on how each member’s role contributes to your team's objectives. Emphasize shared goals and don’t get too hung up on differences.

The question you have asked is very true and very good. We all want success but somewhere in our heart we have fear also to lose. So i will discuss few solutions which will help you to overcome the fear of success in your team members.


1. Need to talk and discuss your growth among the team members: How often do we hold the negative in because we are afraid of how others might react, or because of some other reason? Talking helps, but don’t throw a pity party for yourself.


2. Be positive and teach others to be Positive: Whenever fear strikes, flip it over. Instead of thinking of something bad that can happen, think of something positive. What’s a positive outcome to your fear? If you’re thinking about public speaking, imagine yourself being wildly successful instead of failing horribly.


3. Become your own and your team's hero/idol: We all tell ourselves a story about our fear. If I’m afraid that no one will like my writing, I tell myself a story (in my head) about how I’ll fail horribly, people will laugh at me, or even worse, no one will read what I have to say. What’s your story? Share you journey in SFI and your positive views about this program among the team.


4. Become a helping hand for others: Be kind to others. If you’re shy, focus on helping people instead of being self-conscious about how you look or sound when you talk or when you reply to their messages. Flip it on other people and make yourself feel good.


5. Understand failure: When you will be able to make your team members to realize that failure is not the end of the world, you become free. Failure is just a stepping stone to success. And most of our fears are fear of failure, shame, or somehow not living up to the standards society
has put up for us.

6. Create awareness among your team: Before you can begin overcoming fear, you have to know that they are causing havoc in your life. It’s easy to get so attached to your thoughts and feelings that you think they are all that exist, which couldn't be further from the truth.

First let me tell you that SFI is a similar business like a normal other business. So, if you have a coffee day business or some retail business than you have to open your shop every day. So that not only you can get income but to get customer's feed backs and more information of how to promote your business.


Same like that in SFI forum is a very important and its a very potential zone where you can get more informations of up coming trends and changes or many ways to how to promote your SFI business more stronger.


Just like any other business, I believe that the most effective way of making an effective follow up on any business entity is by spending quality time with it everyday. Yes we all know that we are seemingly and endlessly pre- occupied with lots of activities everyday that we therefore could say no to this responsibility of making a daily visit on SFI business and on any other business entity. Personally I would say that since I joined SFI a few months ago, I made it a part of my daily schedule to make a follow up on my business. Yes there are times that I am tired from work and there are other times that I am pre-occupied with other activities or appointments.However that reality does not hinder me to spend time and visit my SFI business. By so doing, I am now starting to perform many positive things.


Anyway, the first priority for me whenever I visit my SFI website is to read all new promotions on our e commerce the Tripleclicks then after that, I try to check on the latest updates from my downline. I see to it that I always set aside part of my time to follow up their own progress. It is my belief that every member of my downline plays an all important role in my success as an SFI affiliate. I firmly believe as well that they can assist me also in the near future in my goal to be at the top. Another interesting activity that I offer to my daily visit on my SFI business is my own reading of the bountiful materials on such topics as for sales, marketing, strategies and many more. And what is good on SFI is that everything is offered to me and to other affiliates for free. Yes, all these materials that we cherish on SFI are provided to us by its founder Gerry Carson and his staff whose valuable tasks would include the consistent guidance to all affiliates.

Very simple but very complicated question Natalee.

We all know that our SFI business depends mostly on our team of PSAs. But all members of SFI thinks the same question that how they get their PSAs to commit to SFI. To find the answer of this we all struggle, ask or we ourself opt out from SFI. To make someone to commit for something is very tough but as we all know where there is a problem, there is a solution.

Let me tell you that previously i also opt out from SFI because of this reason that all my PSAs are very inactive and none of them are commited to SFI. But i came back again to SFI with new energy. It is being only 3 weeks for me and i have only 6 PSAs but all my PSAs are very commited to their work and very supportive too. Its not that all were very dedicated from begining but with my previous bad expirence in SFI, i found few very effective ways to make your new PSAs more commited to SFI. I will share you all the ways which can help you to get your PSAs in a commited form.

So, first let me tell you the REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON'T COMMIT TO SFI:

1. Boring Process: A new guy who walk inside SFI after seeing interesting ads. There is only thought in his mind i.e. he can earn extra and also he can enjoy as Facebook or other social media sites. But when he sees that everyday he have to do that same TO-DO tasks, his expectation level hurts and he starts not login properly or opt out.

2. Very Slow Earning Process: Everyone when he/she joins SFI he have his mind set that he can start his part-time extra income within few days only but within few days only he comes to know that it will take very long time for him to earn even a dollar.

3. Bad Sponsor: This is one of the biggest problem due to which new PSAs don't be commited or stop login again.

4. Communication Gap: This is not limited to few people but it is being faced by many of us.


Understand one thing that all humans have different mind sets and all are different from others but one thing you will find common in all of us and that is "WE ALL WANT TO EARN Extra MONEY QUICKLY". and to do this sometimes we forget a very important principle of this program i.e. "DUPLICATION".
You know, pleople want to become successful but very few people have will to work for that.

Now i will share few very effective ways of how you can get new PSAs commit to SFI. So here are my suggestions for you:

1. Interesting process: If a person thinks that SFI is boring than invite them to your Facebook and there you can communicate. You can guide, motivate or can show them the best parts of SFI. Remember, majority of people like to follow others and very few people comes front as a leader. So first you need to become a leader but more than that you need to become a helpful friend to others. Not only for you team but ton anyone who asks for guidance.
First you have to reach as many as people as you can. So that your downline can get motivation from your supporting character and fill thgemselves free to ask you for any guidance.
Post motivational comments for your team and most of all "HAVE THE GRATITUDE IN YOUR ATTITUDE". Always try to apriciate your PSAs and in terms of promotion, don't limit it to yourself but try to promote your PSAs also so that they can have good felling and faith on you. Then only your PSAs will be commited to you and as a result to SFI.

2. Show Ways To Fast Earnings In SFI: Educate your PSAs about how they can earn more in SFI. Try not to limit your PSAs to onlt TO-DO tasks. For doing this, don't be snappy with PSAs or don't force anyone to do what you want. Try to become a Friendly LEADER not a BOSS. Always give SUGGESTIONS not ORDERS.
Remember, your new PSAs will commit to SFI only when they will have faith and confidence on you. So try to become a helping hands for others and become a problem solver for your PSAs.

3. Good Sponsor: Remember, your new PSAs will commit to SFI only when they will have faith and confidence on you. So try to become a helping hands for others and become a problem solver for your PSAs. Set your example for your down lines so that they follow you and will to become like you.

4. Remove Communication Gap: Try to become simple to your PSAs. Use simple understandable words while replying or chatting with your PSAs. Try to understand "WHAT YOU SAID TO OTHERS IS BEING RECEIVED IN SAME WAY OR TAKEN IN DIFFERENT MEANING".


Natalee! this is not the only problem for a Team leader with his/her new PSAs but with exisisting PSAs also. So try to follow my suggestion and it will improve your team.
