Mery, I believe both are fine. One should try all ways of advertising as well as sponsering methods and after finding out which work for you best, invest more on that. You will never know what works and what doesn´t if you don´t try them. I find SFI Co-Op very good for sponsering monthly. A blog could also work well for recruiting new members worldwide.
