This question has also been asked and answered before at ASK SC, namely: How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages? Top Authors were Gliceria Pritchard, Ronilo Saguit and Janet Smith.
Most authors then and now are unanimous about the answer.
1. After sending an email, check your inbox for an undelivered email message.
2. After sending emails, check your sent messages folder for sent messages that still appear bold. They are not opened yet.
3. Check in your Genealogy to see which color the envelope next to your affiliates’ names is. If it is green, their email is confirmed as good, white means not confirmed, red means invalid and yellow means questionable. If they don’t have a good email confirmed, send a stream post asking them to confirm a valid email or contact them via phone or skype or social media and ask to confirm and to white-list all SFI and up-line emails.
4. If you use Gmail you can download and install Chrome Browser and RightInbox extension and follow the instructions. Use this to track your messages to see if they were received and opened.
5. Another way that may work is to have your own website or blog and post your mails or messages to your team there. Then send them a team mail to let them know you posted something. Keep it fresh and interesting for them to keep on going back for more.
None of the above mentioned ways can ensure that anyone will read your mails, but that is the least you can do to make sure they get them.
