It is my opinion that the SFI co-op has more value for both you and your team. It is a great way to show your active team members that their work is appreciated and encourages them to invest in S-Builder. A win-win for everyone. You can include both CSAs and PSAs in an S-Builder co-op. You might lose the benefits of a PSA with CSAs but thier efforts also contribute to your income, cash and matching VP.
Setting up an S-Builder co-op is easy. Just follow the link from your VP Ledger, under Advanced Actions. When one of your team members recieved a PSA, write about it in your blog. Remember to send a link to your blog in your team mails. Having something to brag about in your blog is great.
When someone sees that there is activity happening in your business and people are being rewarded for there work and commitment you might see more people joining through your blog.
