This is a situation that most of us faces and thus it is a very good question.
From my personal experience, I have been making every effort to stay in contact with both my PSAs and CSAs and even been trying to convince them.
One must understand that every individual is different and therefore this accounts for the varying responses that you get from your PSAs and CSAs. It is also clear that each PSA and CSA has different work ethics and had different expectations when joining this business. It means therefore that your difficulty will vary dependent on these two factors.
In my opinion the difficulty to convince our PSAs and CSAs comes from the fact that people are motivated differently and despite what you have to offer the decision lies with the individual.
