I feel you have to be leader of the pack - you have to do before you can ask them to do something.
Your weekly newsletter must be something they look forward to - interesting and even funny if you can manage it - humour goes a long way to keep people going. I am not saying you have to make a joke about SFI - just try to say it in a different way. For example, if you made a mistake - tell them about it so that you can help them not to make the same mistake. You can say - you will not believe what this scatter brain did this week - I thought I'll be clever and do it this way .................. Needless to say, it was a disaster. I would've done a lot better if I did it this way .......
You would see your movers under your movers tab - pay special attention to them. Congratulate them when they achieve something. You can send them e-cards and congratulate them publically in your stream posts. Humans need acknowledgement, they need to know their efforts are seen and appreciated.
Be kind and caring and leave the warnings to SFI. They will warn affiliates that they have to make a plan to qualify as EA or they will loose their CSA's
So in short - show your team you notice their efforts and when they get discouraged be positive and give them workable solutions.
