Great question John.
You may never know due to the many styles of email out there. I have just discovered recently that Gmail places many of the emails into categories even when I have I have whitelisted them. If you do not go into these files regularly, you will not get the email.
Your best bet is to educate your team of this when they join and do some education intermittently.
1) New affiliates are excited and hungry for knowledge when they join. Your leadership page is a great way to notify them that Emails could be hiding in files or spam and that you love hearing back from them.
2)Steam is another awesome way to make your PSA's aware of email challenges. Let them know you like to hear from them and know how thy are doing. The Mover's category is great but it is only as interactive as you are with it. You can send instant messages as well
3) Social Media is another way to send the word out that you are emailing your team and would LOVE to hear from them. Hey SFI Team, I sent you all an awesome email with great tips, Check your spam or update folders!" I have all my social media links in my email signature. *( this also lets your friends know you HAVE an SFI TEAM!....and may spark their interest.
4) Instant message your affiliates when they are online. Let them know you are emailing them and to check their spam and other files. Ask for a response!
5) Some email companies allow you to get an app that shows you a window stating "this Email" just opened by Jane Doe. I use this and I love it! Gmail has an app for this.
Best Success to you!
