Your question is good, useful and important. But the question here is how do you know that they are not receiving your messages?
There may be three scenarios:
1. Someone just signed up but did not confirm his/her email. Here is becomes difficult to do much as they may not open there email box to check your message. You can try contacting the PM box meant for Personal Message. They can read your messages only if they log in to their SFI account. See their profile whether they have entered any phone or mobile number for you to contact them.
2. Some people just sign up for the fun and give wrong email id which starts bouncing from the beginning it self. You can’t do much about these people. Its better to forget them. Or you can try finding them on Facebook or twitter & inform them about their mistake in SFI registration.
3. The third category of people – you can find them with GREEN box in your genealogy or movers tab. It shows that they have confirmed their registration, In this case, you need not struggle. They will receive email messages by all means.
