Staying connected with your PSAs and CSAs is vital to your growth as business owner. You need to communicate with them as often as possible, in supporting and keeping them up-to-date in growing their own SFI business. Whether you’re using email or SFI communication tools, staying connected with them helps you build strong relationship with your PSAs and CSAs.
Most email service providers and spam filtering programs offer to protect your PSAs and CSAs email inbox from unwanted messages. However, they sometimes block legitimate communications that you’re sending to your PSAs and CSAs. Spam controls work in a variety of ways, and regularly make mistakes: mislabelling as spam mail that your PSAs and CSAs should received, rejecting legitimate message delivery, and sometimes routing messages to trash folders where you won't see them.
Knowing these facts, here are ways to make sure your PSAs and CSAs are receiving your email messages:
- Add SFI email (
[email protected]) to address book
Ask your PSAs and CSAs to add SFI email (whitelist
[email protected]) to ensure that your messages are getting through. By using the Genealogy group support, your messages are being sent at the same time to your PSAs and CSAs Team mail inbox and email addresses. To verify, use the Stream Post to inform them if they are receiving your messages in their email inbox.
- Check Spam/Junk mail folder
Depending how often you communicate with your downline, you might be sending a great deal of messages to them. Your PSAs/CSAs email provider may consider that your messages are unsolicited spam email and may block them completely or may be filtered to a folder called Spam or Junk mail or may land straight to Trash folder. Ask your PSAs/CSAs to check their Spam/Junk mail and Trash folder. If they found any messages from you, ask them to mark your messages as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”. This will ensure that your messages are being delivered correctly.
- Check email filter setting
Nowadays email service providers offer software that filter based on the content of messages, subject or “containing words”. Inform your PSAs/CSAs to check their email filter settings and may need to revise them to prevent your messages being labeled spam/junk mail incorrectly.
- Contact email service provider
Most email service provider may be operating anti-spam systems on their mail servers without your PSAs/CSAs knowledge. Encourage your PSAs/CSAs to communicate directly with the IT department of their Internet service provider to report any blocking of legitimate mail from you. The blocking may be occurring because they might be using unreliable "blocklists" or error-prone spam filters. Ask them to request their Internet service provider to reconfigure their system to enable the delivery of your mail.
