You can spark your team members by initiating interactive conversations and activities, and explore how they might create more value for everyone in working together as a team. This will result in more collaborative dialogue and real ownership of their SFI business, as well as more proactive action to address barriers/challenges in their business and life.
- Employ combination of good motivational practices with meaningful work, the setting of performance goals and the use of an effective reward system
If you can do a good job in linking these factors together, you’re most likely increase the motivation levels of your group. The higher the motivation levels of your group, the better chances of long-term results in maintaining and boosting momentum in your group.
By creating opportunities for sharing experiences, listening to needs, and understanding mutual dependencies within your group will help you identify the few key commitments that will most increase the value of their relationships going forward.
