As a team leader you have responsibility for your group. You can't just leave them like that. It's not what "awesome sponsors" do (read the SFI article about it).
Normally, you want to see your group growing and getting bigger every day.For that you need to maintain high motivation of your members.
How to achieve that?
First,be example.Looking at you your downline will probably act the same.If they notice that you have lack of motivation,it will also reflect on them.
Then, keep them informed.Always keep communication at high level. You can use stream posts as a group-chat/discussion.Ofcourse,there's also PSA mailer,to send them e-mails,with more detailed explanation of important topics.Your PSAs love to be updated by their leader.
Another very important thing is to keep your Leadership page always updated.Encourage your team members to visit it and see for example your tips, tricks and strategies how to succeed. There are different tabs on your leadership page.Use the tab "I recommend" to show your team what do you think that will help them boost their business in SFI.
Or,use tab "Rewards and incentives" to make a contest for your downline!Prizes for winners can be T-credits,new PSAs or Gift certificates. If you can bring competition spirit among them if will benefit you as well as those who are advancing.
There's also tab "Recognition",where you can point out those team members who are working extra hard and getting new badges and milestones "every day".Those are the true workers in your team, and you should focus on them.As you know, everyone likes to be noticed and recognized by others.Show the success and achievements of those workers to others, and you'll see - it will be like wind in their back.
About recognition:you can also commend those who deserve publicly - at SFI Forum!
Don't forget to regularly answer e-mails and questions from your affiliates. If you can, answer them within 24 hours (the sooner the better).
All in all, show your team that you care for them and that they can count on you every time.Show them them that you're highly motivated to do this job and that you do it with smile.Lead by example and it will benefit you.
