First and most important is to focus on your team members, both PSAs and CSAs. Let them know you care by helping them to set and reach their monthly goals. Keep them informed of the opportunities like the new Fast Track and New Member Pack, and the ways to earn VP and MRP to use to earn even more points. For example, there is an MRP store at TripleClicks or you can purchase PSAs with Member Reward Points.
I have been a Team Leader for the whole time I've been in SFI (nearly 2.5 years). This is not only a great example to your team but you earn matching Versa Points. You receive second home CSAs and TCredits. This helps to boost your earnings and thus your ability to help members of your downline to reach their goals.
Personally my CSAs are a huge help, so I encourage and help them as well. Your genealogy, under 'Hot Spots' is a great tool to keep track of individuals and how your team is doing as a whole.
I never forget my PSAs on levels 2-12. Often they need help to keep up the momentum.
Our team helps each other to succeed. Team work is very important. I have assigned some of my top level one PSAs to line two and have received some from my sponsor. It never hurts to ask for reassignments from your sponsor so you can do the same. I have found that keeps the workers not to give up too soon, before success.
Most months I give Gift Certificates to help my regular EA2s to reach EA2 every month. If they don't reach EA every month they will lose all their CSAs. Of course they never lose their PSAs. A $20 gift certificate allows them to purchase up to 10 single TCredits for 102 VP each.
I also encourage DistribuStar gift cards so affiliates can get TripleClicks members and the ability to track distribution of cards (or digital numbers) to earn a total of 300 VP monthly and a chance to win more prizes. DistribuStar itself has contests and you can win TCredits etc. and even more DistribuStar gift cards. Of course, the team needs to know how to advertise their SFI business, purchase PSAs and how to best do this. With team mail I keep them informed on a weekly basis plus am on hand to answer questions within 24 hours.
