Hi Erika, to maintain or boost momentum in your group; the key is to be a true leader.
The following leadership qualities are essential:
1. Lead by example, ensure you have done what you want your PSAs and/or CSAs to do.
2. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
3. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
4. Hash words should NEVER proceed from your mouth to your team members at any time; this is a turn-off.
5. Appreciate your affiliate's contribution before mentioning anything he or she should improve upon (if any).
6. Let your team members know you are always available to help them in-case of any difficulty.
7. See your team members as your colleagues and not your sub-ordinate, therefore don't be too pushy.
8. Give them enough independence on running their own business, your words to them should always be advisory in nature.
9. Always appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month.
10. Share in their joy; congratulates anyone of them that WINs in any contest e.g E365, Daily Grand, T-Time, Knock Out Trivia etc.
11. Patience is key. You as a leader must not give up on any of your team members no matter what.
12. Monitor the activities of your PSAs and CSAs from the VPLedger page and let them know what they can improve upon.
13. Update your blog and leadership page with encouraging words frequently, and include in every correspondence with your team members.
14. Have your blog and leadership page updated always; and direct your team to these pages in every correspondence.
15. Finally, teach them how to do the things you do to be successful. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
Best of luck in your business...
