It's a million dollar question-honestly.
The best quality of a Leader is: Inspiring his team members with his own experience and achievements.
People always love to seriously know his leader's performance. We can encourage them through regular mails, sms, chat line, phone calls, personal visits, etc, etc.
But, ultimately how much we have achieved - that matters most for them.
We have to earn their Trust - This is foremost.
We have to live up to their expectations.
We have to build a sold rapport and relationship with them;
We have to demonstrate that we are there for them to depend on;
We can support them and guide them and ultimately what ever we do should help them to stand on their own legs.
We have to show we are keen in their growth;
What ever we do, it should reflect our genuine concern for their success.
Conclusion:
When we DO and Demonstrate these qualities we can certainly maintain or boost momentum within our Group. A true leader leads by his own performance. Nothing inspires than one's own achievements. Let's remain such kind of humanistic leaders!!!
