I used to send regular emails to the performing PSAs/CSAs. For inactive team members, I used to send mails once or twice in a week. Whenever a team is formed and team grows with a sizeable members of more than 100 team members, you will get an idea of nature of almost all affiliates. You yourself can judge who are interested in business and who are not. A team leader should spend more time for promising/performing team members. For inactive team members regular follow up is nothing but wastage of time.
Sending greeting cards to active team members is very effective to keep them more inspiring in the business.
Sending congrats, birthday, anniversary, inactive cards is also another way of recognising team members. Sending welcome, birthday & anniversary cards are mandatory irrespective of active or inactive team members.
