In the Genealogy tab under Hot Spots there is a link for sending team mails to PSAs & CSAs. Whatever big is the size of team and whatever may be numbers of PSAs & CSAs, with one mail the team leader can send a common important message to all his/her team members. Before sending the mail a preview option appears. In this preview option the sender can see the overview of message being sent to his/her team members.
Just below the preview button, send option appears. By clicking on this button required message is delivered to all PSAs & CSAs. After that a message appears "message has been successfully sent to .. number of affiliates." With this the sender can easily check whether his message has been delivered to the PSAs and CSAs or not.
Apart from the above option, for sending specific mails to active, inactive and new joinees there are relevant images for welcome, congrats, birthday wish, anniversary wish. Along with these images team leader can send mail also to specific PSAs/CSAs. After sending the mail a confirmation appears that "the message has been successfully sent to the recipient." This is also another way of confirming that the message has been sent to the PSAs & CSAs.
