A Team Leader has got several options to utilize to find out whether all the PSAs and CSAs are receiving the mails he is sending to them at regular intervals. He can judge by waiting for the receiver's response or reaction for some time else if he is adopting team mail available in the genealogy column or webpage, then the mail motif should be green - indicating that the mail address has been checked and found out to be genuine. If it is white then that mail id. is not functioning or false, hence one need not use that particular mail id for communication.
The Team Leader can adopt various available means of communication to convey information such as skype, cell phone, instant message, PSA and CSA mailer available in the genealogy page or any other medium to contact the PSAs and CSAs and enquire about previously sent mail's status - whether received or not. He can also ask all the CSAs and PSAs to check their mail box - spam section as well because sometimes it is possible that some of the mails sent by someone might end up as a spam in the spam box.
