To answer your question, you’ll need to go back when you first joined SFI. Every affiliate who joined SFI has in mind to make money to supplement his/her income and improve his/her standard of living.
There are factors involved that you need to take into consideration in order to understand your PSAs and CSAs clearly why it’s difficult for them to be convinced. Here are they:
- As affiliates, we all come from different walks of life and the majority are seeking to become for the first time entrepreneurs. Most are not aware of the challenges that come with owning a business, especially for the first time.
- As affiliates, we all differ from background but the majority has to unlearn the employee mentality.
- The level of understanding SFI concept will differ for every individual. Some are fast learners and some may take time.
- The attitude carries a lot of weight in venturing SFI. What’s the commitment level of your PSAs and CSAs? How would you answer these questions: Are you willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in SFI? What about your willingness to change?
Understanding the points above will help you tremendously in dealing with your PSAs and CSAs.
Depending on the level of understanding of your PSAs and CSAs, they might not even see any advantages, especially for newcomers. To turn around your situation of having a hard time convincing your PSAs and CSAs that they can succeed in their own SFI business, you should do the following:
- As their Team Leader, be an example to them. Educate your PSAs and CSAs by showing them that as a business owner; you set up your plans and goals.
- Having your own SFI business, you direct yourself to act upon your written business strategy.
- Emphasize to them that having their own SFI business will mean taking the full responsibility to act and move forward and should not depend on their Team Leaders’ style of leadership,
- Educate them as business owners, they should not depend on what others can do for them, but they should take the initiative on what they can do for themselves.
- You should let them know clearly as business owners they should take the initiative to train, motivate and promote themselves. When they do this on their own, they’ll learn to appreciate any help from their sponsor/upline.
