If you use the genealogy team mailer and there is an address that is on file the mail will get to them. Now if they want to open and read the email well that is another story. There are those that have signed up to be in SFI and seeing all the things that are involved they just plain do not want to here about it. Most won't even read the email.
As far as finding out if they got or even looked at the email you might ask them to let you know one way or the other. Not even then is there a guarantee that they will communicate with you or anyone else.
