To ensure that your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages you need to make sure that your CSAs and PSAs have completed whitelisting [email protected]. In addition you must also get them to whitelist your ( Sponsor / Cosponsor) email id as well. At every opportunity try to communicate with them through your personal email to make sure that your PSAs & CSAs are reading your email messages
