You cannot guarantee that your PSA's or CSA's will receive your email messages. Even if your email messages arrive they may not be opened or they may go into the spam folder and never found.
There are things you can do. You can ensure you communicate with them in as many ways as possible. The most popular way is by sending emails using the team mailers.
In your welcome letter you want to them encourage them to whitlelist these addresses:
[email protected]
2-Your email address
3-Their sponsor's email address
From time to time post a message in the stream reminding them to watch for your emails and to check their spam folder as well.
You can use other email services to follow up on your messages sent using the team mails at SFI, examples are yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com etc.
Write a great subject line to catch their attention.
Write a post on your leadership page about the importance of email communication and what they can do to ensure they are receiving them.
Ensure your email address is available to them, include it in all communication.
