It all depends how people came to SFI to begin with.
Some just clicked on a banner and then came in and didn't like what they saw, never to be seen again. Some got a referral and are checking it out but don't understand what is going on and don't feel like reading all the documentation. They don't understand what VPs mean. It is those that came from good referrals and fully understand SFI that stay.
So perhaps you are lucky to have a good CSA from an excellent PSA and you piggyback along. Or you are the PSA and must give good information to your client. Explain to them all the advantages, create contest or give them TC's to experiment in Tripleclicks to get them motivated. Only a person who understands the advantages and it motivated will succeed on SFI. This is a very low percentage of the total people.
So keep sending messages and advice, perhaps some will awaken!
