As a sponsor/Team Leader, one of your primary goals is to produce active and dedicated members to help build your team and, of course, your income. This can only be done by your constant communications with them. These communications provide assistance to them, and will consist of your pointing them in the right direction from time to time.

It could mean for your less active PSAs and CSAs, providing them with incentives to help motivate them into greater action. Or, it could mean providing them with information on a particular question they may ask.
Point is, you should provide them with what you feel they need, or what they may request from you (within reason, of course) that will help you to accomplish your ultimate goals as a sponsor, co-sponsor and/or Team Leader.
Now, Emma, you must decide for yourself what is too much!
