The most effective way to communicate with your team is to "get into their shoes" as much as you can:
1)For newly assigned and reassigned affiliates that are seemingly active in SFI you let them talk first;
-spend as much time online in SFI as you possibly can to leave them the impression that you are a very busy and responsible affilate and available at (almost) any time,do this a couple of days;
-let them contact you first and if they don't do that in a couple of days then ask them if they need help and state that you are there for them if they need help around SFI and TripleClicks;
2)For those in your team that are affilates for a month or more:
-you can create some rules that should be able to benefit eachother and discuss ways of profiting that you and your team can be able to follow;
-do not spoil your team,you want to help your affilates not "carry" them;
In short,it's up to you to create a healthy business relationship between you and your team.
