It is like having a database of customer contact for your business. It depends on how you manage them. You never can tell the type of message you will send that will appeal to them.
Remember, most people want to make money without working for it and they assume the moment they sign-up at SFI, they will have their account credited with dollars.
You need to send messages of encouragement and most importantly, your own testimonies to your CSAs.
PSAs are better to manage because sometimes they are people you already know and can easily convince on certain matters. But CSAs are like ghosts until they begin to respond to your leading.
Do not give up, someone may just decide to give it a try and send you a reply as we speak (right now).
If you stop sending them messages you will lose them forever.
Keep working on them until you achieve your purpose.
I have the same experience and none of my 27 CSAs have replied any of my messages for more that 2 weeks now but two of my PSAs are already active and responding. Be consistent. It may be slow but if it is steady, the race will be won.
