Sponsoring hundreds of affiliates each year is just like casting a net into the sea. Ones expectations are a bumper harvest of very good and expensive fishes. Now, these fishes are sorted out and graded. So is the recruitment drive. Great PSAs are graded into a first class team and special attention paid to. Such serious ones can be approached on "one on one" basis because of their ability to progress faster.
The next group is grsdually and patiently groomed to pick up but not thrown back to sea. Such group may have certain individual challenges; which will need special attention. Should this cause any strain on the sponsor, he/she can reassign them to the hard-working and other PSAs showing great prospects. Such an action creates a balance within the team and enhances a gene ral growth and encourages hardworking PSAs to work even harder.
The first group of 'hard-workers', since motivated tend to move up the ladder and with some motivations from the sponsor, they in turn copy the system from the top by duplicating more PSAs for themselve. This cause the ripples originated by th sponsorvto spread throughout the team for more success.
So therefore recruiting hundreds of PSAs each year and concerntrating on the very good ones is the best optiodn and the weak are not ignored but tended carefully for the future.
