Can I sponsor hundreds of PSAs a year and teach them all to be EAs and duplicate? :)
It is better to focus on QUALITY advertising and QUALITY recruiting. If you use QUALITY advertising to recruit your PSAs, you are more likely to find people who are legitimately interested in earning money with a program like SFI. The better quality recruits you have, the easier it will be for you to teach them the program and how to duplicate what you do.
Ultimately, you only need a handful of diamonds. It takes time to polish them, to teach them how to run the business, but when you are done, you will have a lot to show for your work!
