If you are able to sponsor hundreds of PSA's, whilst juggling a small number of EA's to develop their own EA's - go for it.
Taking on too many PSA's might become overwhelming. You will need to send emails regularly; refer to your Geneology List and keep tabs of who is doing what (hundreds of PSA's is quite a list). Can be 'nail-biting'.
My Geneology list is 8 pages long, however, 95% affiliates are inactive.
If you prefer a slower pace, then go with a small group of EA's.
Once your EA's are well on their way, you can concentrate on getting more EA's.
Enjoy your venture. It's going to be an awesome journey. :)
