Its fine sponsoring 100s of PSAs. But do you have it in you to boost the morale and keep each of them feel exclusive. Are you upto allocating time to each of them. Team Mails are fine and hunky-dory, but will they serve your purpose? That is the question. It is not an easy job to keep track of the pathway of each PSA. Unless, unless, one has a foolproof system in place to track and grade each of the PSAs.
It all boils down to personal touch.
Developing EAs is cost-effective and very rewarding, in the long run. It is like "One in hand is better than two in the bush". EAs are already ready to go. They know the ways of SFI. Therefore, they are in a better position to "sow seeds" of futuristic goals. Also, this would be a way to boost their morale and fine tune their skills, as also make them feel the power of SFI behind them.
Its a two-fold benefit here. Like "little drops make an ocean".
Finally, its upto you to decide on your abilities to separate the stars from the constellation.
