Well I guess this is indeed very apt and timely and I would say that it is certainly very worth the while to continue sending out encouraging , motivating and supportive emails and messages regularly to all your inactive PSAs or CSAs who have almost no VPs or have not logged in for ages for you never know when you will reawaken a few gems or giants and once awaken and deactivated may jolly well turn out to be one of your star team leaders.
Well coincidently one of my CSA who used to be a Teamleader went dormant for months and guess what all of a sudden after a lapse of almost 10 months or so has now turned back to become another dynamic team leader and there you are .
