To answer your question in a word...YES!!! It IS worth it!!
I have a fairly lengthy list of PSAs and CSAs in my downline...many of whom haven't logged in since they joined! :( Consequently, it sometimes seems as if it is a waste of my time to keep mailing them.
However, the one thing that motivates me to keep mailing is the thought that, sooner or later, one/two/three or more of these folks will read my message and decide to give SFI a try. They may even become productive SFI members!
You may ask, "Is this a realistic approach?" I present myself as a case in point...I joined SFI earlier this year and did absolutely nothing with it. It wasn't until August, when I opened a message from my sponsor, that I suddenly became interested, and ultimately became deeply involved, in SFI. So you just never know when your efforts will be rewarded.
Besides, when you use the PSA/CSA mailers in the "Genealogy" section, it really doesn't take that much of your time. However, the payoff for your persistence could be HUGE!
Think of it as fishing. The lake is full of fish...you just have to keep putting your line into the water until a fish finally takes your hook. Take a couple of minutes to send your mass message to everyone. Sooner, or later, you'll get "hook" an inactive individual or two who may become productive members of YOUR team!
In the meantime, devote most of your time to developing those members of your team who ARE working hard to build their own businesses. They are the "20%" who deserve "80%" of your time as they are the ones who are keeping your boat afloat in the water!
