1. Well, I presume you have faced a similar plight like most of us in this awesome business venture. My experience is also no better. Out of a total tally of 370 PSAs & CSAs put together I have more than 225 of them whom I have termed “sleepers” who have not earned even a single VP. They seem to have merely clicked, signed up, lost interest immediately and gone to sleep without bothering to log in again.
2.My modus-operandi is to regularly send them motivating tips & guidance by individual /group mails on a weekly basis without fail. We never know,these inactive affiliates may have a sudden change of mind probably due to our constant reminders and re-start logging in & perform their minimum daily tasks to earn their VPs, which is their “bread & butter” in this online SFI business.
3. My priority will be:-
i) To send weekly mails to my first & second level PSAs.
Ii) Next to send mails to my Second Home CSAs. These affiliates have already been sponsored earlier by a different person but not communicated or trained by the earlier(original) sponsor and therefore assigned to you; hence it will be easier to make him/her realize the value of logging in regularly to progress & achieve the vast benefits-attractive commissions from the executive pool etc.
iii) I will not bother for my CSAs ;this is because they already have a regular sponsor with them who should be communicating, giving useful tips & training them as how to earn VPS & go about sponsoring through ‘duplication”
4. I have occasionally been surprised by getting some response back, even if it proved short-lived at times, but it certainly doesn't hurt to include the re-assigned PSAs too.
5. Please understand that out of these inactive PSAs /CSAs, a few can surprise you by turning into precious ”gems’ for your business!
6. A final word of advice, you will lose nothing by keeping in contact with your inactive PSAs /CSAs by e-mails regularly as there are good chances of waking these sleepy heads sometime or other!
Never feel discouraged but keep it going. That’s my motto!
Yes,it is very much worth it to keep sending emails to PSAs & CSAs with 0VP and lying inactive for months!
