It is important to mention that sponsoring hundreds of PSAs is a means to an end. The major means in my opinions, may be to increase the probability of reaching your objective of the smaller number of EA you wish to develop.
Some have argued that sponsoring hundreds of PSAs may be a waste of resources, but what if you have the resources or you have reached an optimum level, where the increase in your signups does not necessarily result in increased financial resources in your advertisement campaigns eg a good website, otherwise they may be right, which means you may need to do micro targeting.
What I am driving at here is that, if you can do hundreds why not, especially if they are not from junk traffic sites, but even if they are, who knows, its just a game of numbers. However, these hundreds of signups may have a superior enthusiasm to work SFI if from high grade traffic or targeted with reasonable precision, but again, enthusiasm does not equal activeness.
The wisdom is to be able to realise when a 'golden fish' is lurking around in your Movers,to be able to develop and guide him/her to succeed and to encourage, and drive duplication as deep as possible without been distracted by an obsession to sponsor hundreds. Be wise to always work with the workers and do not waste time with non serious members of your team.
