Dear Julito,
Your question is really good.
In my opinion we all think about it sometimes.
Personally, I believe that it is necessary to send an email ti inactive members (PSA and CSA) from time to time as well.
It is supposed to be an email supporting them and encouraging them to start work.
Maybe, they are inactive because they did not figure out what they were suppose to do in beginning.
They might not understand the program.
They should know that they can always turn to us (sponsor or co-sponsor) for help, and that we are there to give them support.
If they are at least a little bit interested (and I believe they are since they registered) they will be happy that somebody is offering to help them.
I hope my answer was helpful to you.
