Well your PSAs and CSAs are your list. If you communicate faithfully and meaningfully you will cultivate that list. Once cultivated you will begin to see growth and fruit coming out of that list.
The only thing I would say strongly, is do not treat you inactive affiliates and failures, non responsive, no gooders. Treat them as a free list of prospects. Woo them. Wine and dine them. Provide them with interesting, personal and valuable content.
Be personal and bring value to them and they will respond. Be interested in them. Review their profiles if they filled it out. Search for them on FB or LinkedIn. Find out all you can about them and try to speak specifically to them personally.
Cultivate your list, prospect for Gold in that list.
