You benefit from both if they are active. At this moment one of my CSA's are the best team member I have BUT if you hit an obstacle and you do not qualify as a EA you loose your CSA's and you do not get them back when you qualify again.
My personal approach is to support everybody equally and give a little more attention to my movers - whether they are CSA's or PSA's.
Also keep in mind - to your PSA's you are their first go to person when they need help, for your CSA's you are the 2nd g to person.
